Boeing Talent Acquisition is seeking an IT Process Analyst - Mid Level to join our Information Technology and Digital Analytics Team in supporting our Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) business organization.

The successful candidate will liaison between our Global Privacy Office, Information Security, and our Dell service partner. You will own the end-to-end Access Management/HSPII process within the multiple Boeing Platform and ensure overall quality of the entire Access management module which includes Application access management knowledge for Boeing employees or Non-Boeing employees. You will act as the steward of all IT knowledge standards and processes and acts as liaison between the End user and Access Management Team. You will possess a strong understanding of agile methodology, IT Service Management and IT Product Management and have experience working within a large-scale IT security management framework.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication surrounding strategic direction as agreed to by stakeholders

  • Direct activities to define, deploy, evaluate, educate, and support IT knowledge process workflow analysis.

  • Maintain IT Access management/HSPII process governance

  • Identify qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicator measures for continuous improvement

  • Host IT Access management community of practice to maintain stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Lead complex risk and opportunity evaluations to determine business value rationale

  • Lead activities to define strategic and tactical implementation plans

  • Understand and communicate strategic and functional concepts to all business stakeholders

  • Facilitate presentations that convey strategy and action plans in a clear and concise manner

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into effective user stories.

  • Actively seeks solutions to problems before being asked or directed

  • Exercise good judgment by making effective, well-informed decisions facilitated by data-driven analysis

  • Balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to visualize the impact of Access Management/HSPII as a part of a larger framework, and the importance of strong partner relationships in order to achieve common goals and maintain program stability

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships

  • Motivate a user community by effectively defining program goals

  • Maintain effectiveness when experiencing changes in work environments, work priorities and organizational needs

  • Willingness and ability to organize people, processes and data into efficient order

  • Ability to see the opportunity to simplify complexity and bureaucracy

This position allows telecommuting . The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3-5 years of experience in understanding of Access management/HSPII

  • Technical writing/editing skills with high attention to detail and standardization

  • Experience supporting or implementing a large-scale IT Access management/HSPII system and process (including taxonomy and architecture)

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a customer-centric IT role

  • Project Management & LEAN experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to build strong networks across organization boundaries

  • Understanding of IT services, service readiness and the required deliverables / outcomes

  • Working knowledge of basic IT Service Management and Service Desk operating procedures

  • Experience with software implementation programs in a large-scale environment

  • Analytical skills with ability to dissect important details while maintaining a perspective on the big picture

  • Experience using SAFe Agile methodology

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
