Seeking a part time employee with an eye for detail to file legal documents and correspondence in client's files, process incoming and outgoing mail, run errands, such as picking up the mail daily and handling bank deposits as needed, and possible very light typing. The required hours are flexible to accommodate class and study schedules, as well as any sports to extra-curricular activities. The employee needs to give advance notice of any changes to their established schedule, so that alternate arrangements can be made if necessary. Job duties, hours, and hourly wage may increase if employee shows proficiency and desires increased responsibility, hours, and pay.Potential candidates need to be detail orientated, dependable, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and trustworthy with confidential information. Candidates must be able to read, write, and use, or learn to use, Microsoft Word and Mac computers. Candidates will not be driving on shift without prior authorization on a case by case basis, and require the ability to walk from the office to the post office, bank, and occasionally to courthouse and nearby law offices.
