Large aerospace manufacturer that produces high precision motors and electronic components is hiring for a mechanical inspector. work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Minimum three years' Inspection experience.

  • IPC-610 certified a plus.

  • Experience working in a production environment.

  • Experience with measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gauge and other measuring tools to measure and verify fabricated parts compliant to engineering drawing.

  • Must be able to work independently, methodically and meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to remain focused while performing high volume of inspections.

  • Experience performing both electrical and mechanical inspection.

  • Able to read and understand drawings.

  • Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) report in accordance with AS9102.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs.

  • Must be a US Citizenship or Permanent Residency as requirements of ITAR.
