We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented PCB Soldering Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our PCB assembly process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Ability to use basic hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges etc.)preferred.

  • Knowledge of Company Quality Systems, ESD handling

  • Knowledge of Standard IPS-A-610 acceptability of electronic assemblies

  • Incoming inspection of electronic components /metal

  • J-STD-001 requirements for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies

  • In process inspection of board assemblies and cable assemblies

  • Conduct thorough inspections of PCB assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  • Inspect solder joints, component placement, and PCB cleanliness using magnification tools and other inspection equipment.

  • Identify and document any defects or discrepancies in soldering, component placement, or PCB fabrication.

  • Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.

  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
