Parish Tractor Company Service Technician in Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Parish Tractor Company, LLC is more than just a tractor company! We have locations in Poplarville, Hattiesburg, Meridian, MS, and Robertsdale, AL each staffed with an amazing team. We are looking to add a full-time Service Technician in Poplarville to our growing organization. If you are ambitious and looking for a great opportunity, we would love to connect with you. The Service Technician performs service repairs and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned agriculture and turf equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agriculture and turf equipment.
  • Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
  • Maintains current knowledge of agriculture and turf equipment.
  • Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
  • Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
  • Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
  • Accounts for all time on a time card and for all material used in performing assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 or more years of experience
  • Ability to use a computer effectively for service-related tasks
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Able to work overtime and on Saturdays
  • Forklift certification and current CDL are preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid Drivers Licens
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
