Duties & Responsibilities: Performs the Human Resource functions for the facility, i.e. safeguard sensitive facility information. Process weekly payroll documents. Monitors safety program. Involved in the Employment Process. Assist in new hire orientations. Perform a wide array of clerical functions. Research, prepare, review, and analyze various monthly data for Facility Manager. Coordinate with Management and Lead People concerning plant issues and meetings.

: High School diploma or equivalent. Requires strong leadership qualities. Must be able to understand company goals.
