Nebraska Aluminum Castings Machining Shift Supervisor, FT, 2nd Shift - $500 Sign on Bonus in HASTINGS, Nebraska

[The Shift Supervisors in our Machining Department direct and coordinate all activities in the department including operator placement, prioritizing workload, managing manpower, and meeting goals through their subordinates. They are required to review production orders, schedules, quantities needed, daily production reports, efficiencies, downtime, and scrap rates. Supervisors in this department are responsible for supervising and monitoring the safety of 10 to 15 employees. They must also start up or shut down shift and the physical facility as needed.[Applicants must be capable of working with confidential data such as process, service and product costs, personnel records, individual wage and salary rates, or schedules.This position requires an associate degree from a two-year college/technical school; or at least three years to five years of related experience.[This position is available for second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 1:45-2:00 a.m. on Mon. to Thurs.
