Wages:
- Base Rate - $14.30- $18.05 per hour based on experience
- $2.00/hour shift differential from 6p-6a

JOB DESCRIPTON
JOB TITLE: Resident Care Assistant
REPORTS TO: Director of Harvest Pointe
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide the residents with routine daily care in accordance with our nursing, dietary aide, housekeeping and laundry procedures as may be directed by your supervisors.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Functions:
- Ensure Residents identity before administering treatments, serving meals, returning laundry etc., as necessary.
- Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information.
- Keep proper care records and report any change in health or behavior to the supervisor.
- Report all accidents / incidents you observe on the shift as per policy and procedure.
Resident Nursing Care Functions:
Provide resident care per the resident centered service plan.
