Description and Requirements
Manage EMS related routine activities and cross functional collaboration
Keep exploring EMS capabilities in India and AP countries, and update EMS landscape periodically
Keep track of local incentive policies, each EMS eligibility, criteria for each product etc.
NDA,RFP activities with EMS candidates
Collect back up data for Business case preparation to work with EMS
Support to collaborate with cross functional teams for EMS Audits, improvement actions, Qualification etc.
Support on Contract preparation, Addendums to meet dynamic business requirements
Preparing business case & decks etc as per applicable duty and freight charges and check savings
Support on verification of various cost elements in MVA and true up process
Work with LME on day to day basis to monitor EMS deliverables
Collaborate with global GCM, PE, R&D team to execute India localization Strategy
Analysis of different type of Categories and find new localization opportunities as per FY volumes
Supplier evaluation in collboration of cross functional team as per our demand requirement
NDA,RFQ activities with local suppliers, negotiate to get the best quote
Initial assesment of supplier for capacity and quality requirement
Preparing business case & decks etc as per applicable duty and freight charges and check savings
shortlist the most potential supplier based on saving estimation data, factory setup
Collaborate with PE, RD for Quality/ Process Audit
New supplier contarct and price set up in system
Quarterly price negotiations, in collaboration with China Power GCM team
Collaborate with Dixon to onboard new supplier and agreement set up
Supplier Visits for regular audits with PE
Collaborate with Supplirs to execute Tier 2 parts localization Strategy
Analysis of different type of Battery/ Charger and find opportunities to maximize Tier 2 localization
Supplier evaluation in collboration of cross functional team
Initial assesment of supplier for capacity and quality requirement
Preparing business case & decks etc as per applicable duty and freight charges and check savings
Collaborate with PE, RD for Quality/ Process Audit
Quarterly price review/ negotiations, in collaboration with local supplier
