Work Location: In Office, Hartland, WI Compensation: \$124,000-\$196,000 Job Purpose: The Director of Organizational Development is a strategic leader who plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational growth and effectiveness through comprehensive talent management initiatives. The Director will provide oversight to and support for the HR team and will lead efforts in succession planning, employee development, and performance management to ensure alignment with the organization\'s goals and values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with organizational objectives and honor commitments to employee growth and development. Ensure fair and equitable performance management processes are in place to honor commitments to employee feedback and recognition.
