Pro Smoker Named Top 2021 Poultry and Meat Processing Solution Provider by Food & Bech Tech Review Position Summary: As a Pro Smoker Service Technician, you\'ll be responsible for providing quality service and support to Pro Smoker customers through service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of equipment. The right candidate will deliver a superior customer service experience and develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. What you\'ll do: Create reports of the customers they serviced that day Manage day to day customer service needs Outside service schedule planning Manage service projects including component and shipping needs Follow all the company\'s procedures Complete all in house equipment electrical panel build up, installation and testing Develop work instructions for upgrades and repairs Program PLC and Smoker house controls Perform scheduled preventive maintenance plans for customers Manage all on-site installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
