What You Will Do :
Responsible for testing all software releases including new features, enhancements, and defects fixes. Manual testing, strong requirements analysis, test writing, and the ability to contribute to automated test effort
Contribute to the design and building of an automation test framework for a complex, highly customizable Unemployment Insurance system
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases by collaborating with architects, developers and project managers
Design, build and maintain automated tests and test suites for new features as well as existing functionality in browser and API-based applications
Perform manual testing according to test plans
Identify, record, thoroughly document and track defects
Augment automated regression test scripts when defects are resolved
Present test results
What You Will Need :
Bachelor’s degree computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field and a minimum of three years of experience
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Experience in various testing methodologies such as UAT Testing, Regression Testing and others
Experience in creation and execution of test plans
Experience in setting up and managing test environments
Experience in API Testing.
Experience in Accessibility and Usability Testing
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Subject Matter Expertise and/or experience working in federal or state unemployment insurance programs.
The annual salary range for this position is $77,500.00-$155,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
