Improves client-based revenue streams through direct involvement in the product-to-market process. Collaborates with the Client Integration Team (CIT) to identify new opportunities for HSB products and services by expanding relationships with Client Companies. Manages the engagement and education process for new opportunities, assessing market potential, contributing to the marketing strategy and identifying resources needed to successfully accomplish CC program objectives. Creatively seeks solutions that meet client companies needs and efficiently utilizes HSB resources. Updates the client team and management on the effectiveness of field strategies and tactics.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sales and/or education is preferred.

  • 7 + years insurance experience with a demonstrated ability to organize around a goal, motivate a group of professionals towards the objective and continually monitor progress until result is achieved.

  • Preferred experience in Property and Casualty, including general operating structures and market, various distribution channels, market research techniques, and digital interface technologies.

  • Insurance and/or training certification completion is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of insurance industry operations and markets, including distribution channels, general marketing theory and business plan writing

  • Knowledge of HSB products and services

  • Exceptional presentation skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Good communications skills (both written and verbal)

  • PC skills

  • Project Management skills
