Infosys Limited Lead Consultant - Product Development - Data Migration, Database dev - 117642BR in Hartford, Connecticut

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant - Product Development - Data Migration, Database dev with healthcare data migration, data modeling, data analysis and SQL development experience focusing on stakeholder management, current state analysis, dependency mapping, heavy documentation, migration coordination, process coordination etc. This person will join the healthcare product development team which comprises of folks with variety of skills in technology and healthcare domain. Candidate should collaborate across different healthcare domain teams and own up the data model and database development. Ideal candidate must have prior experience working in healthcare data environment and experience designing and developing data models.

Key Responsibilities: * Participate and/or lead team events for planning and execution. * Perform current state analysis along with architects, business users, SMEs and prepare documentation needed for migration. * Prepare system dependency mapping and understand target state architecture and build supporting documentation. * Liaison with other SMEs as needed by program team. * Analyze and build new process mapping as required by the program and ensure documented functional and non-functional requirements are met during migration. * Prepare training plan for development team, support teams to align with cloud op model. * Support prototype development efforts, collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources, and development resources. * Help coordinate functional and user acceptance testing and supports Business Teams during testing and implementation phases. * Support the adoption of best practices in the areas of technology integration, cloud computing, managed services, process improvement, technology innovation and implementation. * Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to shape and ensure alignment with EA guardrails, standards, and patterns. * Contributes to development of project plans.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
