Required Skills:

TPM Manager, XR Tech Foundations Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow an existing team of TPMs to help build data systems, platform libraries and cloud systems for Computer Vision and Machine Learning technology projects towards future AR/VR products.

  2. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team.

  3. Work with engineering and product management leadership to define and revise the long-term strategy for the data platform software organization.

  4. Work with the team to develop end-to-end project plans, influence teams to deliver against them, and keep the org and leadership informed on progress.

  5. Perform risk management and change management on projects.

  6. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

  7. Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.

  8. Work with engineering to ensure what we build has the right balance of cost vs.

  9. benefit, and focuses on addressing the highest priority partner team and customer.

  10. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:

    1. Technical Program Management
    1. Building and coordinating a team of Technical Program Managers
    1. Growing organizations and developing a team culture
    1. Knowledge of software development processes and best practices
    1. Knowledge of building products based on Computer Vision or Machine Learning

Public Compensation:

$271,396/year to $308,220/year + bonus + equity + benefits
