DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Stock Clerk 3, you will be responsible for maintaining an inventory of clothing and supplies used by our Game Wardens, as well as a volunteer Deputy Game Warden force of 450.  Included in these duties are receiving inventory and checking packing lists and purchase orders for accuracy on quantities and sizes, in addition to adding new inventory into the database, and picking, packing, distributing, and shipping order items to Harrisburg and field personnel.  You will also manage all UPS shipping which includes license supplies, Bureau of Information and Education materials, clothing orders, and initiating trackers on all missing UPS packages as necessary.  You will act as a lead worker for Stock Clerk 1s and 2s during the initial shipment of licenses and during the busy shipping times which include periods before antlerless applications, archery season, bear season, and deer season.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 45-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years of experience in stores control work, including one year of experience with responsibility for the operation of a small storeroom; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a high school or vocational school; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
