The Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing business activities of the company. This individual must lead initiatives, drive changes, and support on-going improvement across the company. T he anticipated salary range is: $98,000 - $135,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

    What it takes:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience running deep foundation work, soldier piling and shoring.

  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record

  • Experience and demonstrated reliability, knowledge, and accountability in one core field and a working knowledge of technologies

  • East coast travel required
