Vontier Product Training Specialist in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Reporting to the Global Training Manager, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Design and develop high-quality learning materials such as guides and handouts to complement training programs

  • Delivering high-quality product training sessions to customers and internal teams in person and via webinar

  • Utilize software platforms and tools such as WalkMe and the Articulate suite to design and develop e-learning materials and media such as videos, walkthroughs and tutorials.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate and promote training offerings

  • Maintain website and webinar platforms to reflect training schedules

  • Assist Sales representatives with Proof of Concept demonstrations

  • Provide consultation and advice on solution implementation and best practices to internal stakeholders where requested

  • Coordinate and deliver new staff onboarding training where required, providing ongoing support through time with TN.

The skills we see as critical to succeed in this position:

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field and/or equivalent significant, relevant industry experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar training role – including e-learning.

  • Demonstrated prior experience working within an IT&T industry is desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment.

  • Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.

  • Able to work with a diverse array of people; and build and maintain positive and constructive working relationships.

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Demonstrated strong presentation and public speaking ability.

  • Passionate customer service orientation with experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated high level of motivation, drive and enthusiasm.

  • Able to be flexible about travel and time management.

  • National and limited international travel will be required. Be flexible with travel and time management.
