Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft(MS) Dynamics System Administrator to join our team. As a MS Dynamics System Administrator, you will play a key role in the management, optimization, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure web integrations, possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate effectively within IT and with cross-functional teams. Primary Responsibilities: Admin Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365 and associated business applications Deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure App Services for D365 data interfaces Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform environments Implement system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure. Facilitate data management between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems. Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Implement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access. Administer user roles and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Create and maintain backups and perform restores Monitor Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. Implement performance tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness. Develop Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Troubleshoot/Help Troubleshoot application performance issues, Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Document Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures. Create user guides and training materials as needed.
