Join us at the Bureau of Talent Planning and Development (BPTD) as a Leadership Program Specialist (HR Analyst 3 - General) with the Leadership and Management Development Section. This position is intended to provide instructor-led training through in-person, virtual, and hybrid methodologies. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you are part of a team of specialists who are tasked with researching, designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating a suite of leadership and management development programs as well as ongoing learning curricula. The audiences for these programs and curricula contain various participants including front line supervisors, middle managers, and senior leaders. Also, you provide fundamental leadership skills to front line team members and emerging leaders.

In addition, you are assigned to lead and co-lead leadership development programs, coordinate and facilitate executive leader panels, organize and facilitate experiential leadership learning, and coach leaders on analyzing assessment results and developing individualized growth plans.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with 60-minute lunch. You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to three (3) days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Some travel required Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. One year as a Human Resource Analyst 2 in the area of the parenthetical;or One year as a Field Human Resource Officer 1, and one year of professional experience in the area of the parenthetical;or Two years of experience in the performance of professional human resource work, including one year of professional experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. This particular position also requires that applicants must possess a minimum of one year of experience in facilitating instructor-led training. This particular position also requires a minimum of one year of experience in instructional design and development from conception to completion. You must meet the PA residency requirement.
