DESCRIPTION OF WORK A Human Services Program Executive ensures the accurate and timely implementation of operational processes in conjunction with claims processing projects related to the Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP) including coordination between bureaus.
Duties include overseeing staff who provide operational support for statewide managed care reimbursement programs. This includes the monthly capitation payments as well as any special capitation cycles for retroactive rate adjustments. Also, you perform oversight for the timely updates of all Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) reference tables including the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) procedure and annual International Classification of Diseases (ICD) diagnosis updates to ensure the appropriate processing of claims/invoices in the MMIS. In addition, you oversee staff responsible for accountability of the financial subsystem of the MMIS claims processing system including the generation and distribution of the annual 1099's, and oversee staff providing operational support for the creation and distribution of data files needed by the managed care organizations to perform their responsibilities related to servicing the Medicaid managed care recipients.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. Currently, you would be required to report to the office one (1) day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience as a Human Services Program Specialist Supervisor or Human Services Analyst Supervisor (Commonwealth titles;) or our years of professional experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations, including two years of supervisory experience; or An equivalent combination of professional experience and training that includes two years of professional supervisory experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations.
