Global Regulation Strategy & Response Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Play a key role in ensuring that Meta meets its legal and regulatory requirements and that the team is always innovating, improving and handling legal and IP matters efficiently and quickly.

  2. Use data-driven techniques, industry-leading workforce management, advanced process improvement and legal and policy expertise to ensure that we comply with Meta's obligations, while facilitating happy rights holders, users and partners.

  3. Responsible for the success of the program as a whole as it touches virtually all aspects of Meta's Legal and Intellectual Property Ops ecosystem and has a diverse group of stakeholders across the team and company.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Political Science, Legal Studies, or related field and four years of work experience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation. Requires four years of experience in the following:

  2. Establishing and tracking team goals

  3. Working with managers and team members on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results

  4. Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to team members while removing roadblocks and encouraging innovative solutions

  5. Using data-driven strategies and well defined KPls to measure team's success and drive improvements

  6. Interacting with Business Intelligence PM, Workforce Strategy PM, legal stakeholders, and GSO lead to ensure progress is made on key team initiatives and goals

  7. Communicating roadblocks and results upward and downward

  8. Partnering with internal groups as necessary to implement Legal and IP strategy and manage stellar team results

  9. Identifying trends and developing solutions to optimize team workflows

  10. Introducing new workflows and improving user experience

  11. Organizing, motivating, and developing team focus on maximizing individual strengths and skills

  12. Leveraging skills across cross-functional teams to move roadblocks and empower individuals to execute and deliver results on initiatives that drive goals forward while mitigating competing incentives and risk

Public Compensation:

$201,431/year to $233,420/year + bonus + equity + benefits
