DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Diversity Recruiter for The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, you will source candidates for underrepresented job titles. While searching for candidates to fill these positions, you will identify and develop future talent pipelines, build relationships with high schools, colleges, universities, and community partners. You will have the opportunity to develop recruitment plans and communicate with hiring managers as well as other Human Resource professionals.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. An alternate work schedule (AWS) may be offered at the conclusion of the probationary period. This position will require travel and occasional overnights. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Human Resource Analyst 1 including six months in the area of the parenthetical; or One year of experience in the performance of professional human resource duties, including six months of experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Conditions of Employment: You must maintain residency in one of the following counties: Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties.
