DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's (PLCB) Fine Wine & Good Spirits brand is seeking a District Manager for Store Operations in District 2-12 which covers Monroe, Pike, Lackawanna, Wyoming and Wayne Counties. This position will be home-headquartered or headquartered somewhere within the district.

As a District Manager, your main role will be to build and maintain a diverse and high-performing team in your district. This will involve carefully selecting and developing team members, as well as keeping them motivated. Another important aspect of your job will be to create a culture within the district that prioritizes providing exceptional customer experiences. You will also have the responsibility of ensuring that all Fine Wine & Good Spirits retail locations in your district comply with laws, rules, regulations, and company policies. This will involve conducting store visits, including meetings with store management, at least once per quarter. During these visits, you will assess various factors that drive the financial and business success of the stores, such as employee behaviors in relation to the customer experience model. Additionally, you will conduct talent and operational reviews, which will cover aspects like the store's condition, inventory, marketing displays, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and directives.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment This position is on call 24/7. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. You must be willing to travel.  Travel expenses will be paid. This position will be home-headquartered or headquartered somewhere in the district 12 region. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a State Liquor Store Administrator 2; or Two years as a State Liquor Store Administrator 1; or Seven years of retail store experience at the manager or assistant manager level which includes administrative and management experience involving the review, analysis, and implementation of procedures, policies, and directives; or An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes administrative and management experience involving the review, analysis, and implementation of procedures, policies, and directives.
