DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Director of Regulatory Affairs at the Public Utility Commission is tasked with planning and coordinating regulatory operations within the Commission for the oversight of public utilities and licensed entities. You will manage various regulatory bureaus to ensure compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures and deadlines, as well as work with other government agencies, stakeholders, and relevant associations to gather feedback, provide education, and create efficiencies.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Ten years of managerial experience in a utility regulation or a utility setting, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:

You must have PA specific regulatory experience. You must have policy implementation experience. You must be able to perform essential job functions. How to Apply:
