Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure materials, tools and equipment necessary for the job are on site.

  • Ensure crew is preforming work correctly, efficiently and safely to meet safety standards and project schedule

  • Ensure good house keeping is always maintained on site

  • Complete necessary Paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

  • Ability to communicate with Superintendent, Project Manager regarding any needs on site.

  • Take daily pictures of jobsite for documentation.

  • Job planning

  • Ability to acquire and maintain DOT Physical for company Truck

  • Concrete skills and carpentry Skills are necessary skills

  • Knowledge and proper understanding of materials being used on site.

Responsibilities

  • Strive to meet and exceed all production targets

  • Input time and keep track of materials

  • Proper use of equipment

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations

Basic qualifications

  • Drivers License

  • Bilingual is a plus

  • Good people skills

  • Able to lift 80 pounds
