Job Description
Key responsibilities
Ensure materials, tools and equipment necessary for the job are on site.
Ensure crew is preforming work correctly, efficiently and safely to meet safety standards and project schedule
Ensure good house keeping is always maintained on site
Complete necessary Paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Ability to communicate with Superintendent, Project Manager regarding any needs on site.
Take daily pictures of jobsite for documentation.
Job planning
Ability to acquire and maintain DOT Physical for company Truck
Concrete skills and carpentry Skills are necessary skills
Knowledge and proper understanding of materials being used on site.
Responsibilities
Strive to meet and exceed all production targets
Input time and keep track of materials
Proper use of equipment
Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
Basic qualifications
Drivers License
Bilingual is a plus
