UPMC in Central PA is currently seeking a full-time CRNA to join our experienced team in Harrisburg as a Chief CRNA. This role will support administrative and clinical responsibilities related to the recruitment, retention and mentoring CRNAs in our Harrisburg program.

Job Opportunity:

  • 40/60 Administrative vs. Clinical time.

  • Network of seven hospitals and 160 outpatient and primary care clinics.

  • Collegial staff of Physicians, Advanced Practice Partners, Registered Nurses, and Medical Assistants.

  • Development of CRNA training orientation and curriculum.

  • Peer reviewer for CRNA evaluation and scope of practice

  • Oversee and execute programming related to CRNA continuing education, retention and clinical care delivery.

  • Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
