We have a great opportunity available for a social Field Administrator with a background in accounting and construction. The firm offering this long-term contract / temporary to hire Field Administrator role is based in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. If you're an experienced with assisting project managers and have a good accounting background with top-notch organization skills, Robert Half has a terrific opportunity at a growing company for you to check out! A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance on job management from bid to billing.

  • Communicate and manage a positive relationship with field, customers, vendors, and internal departments.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of job activity to proactively resolve problems.

  • Report valuable information to Project Managers in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Devote time to be on site to assist field personnel with administrative tasks.

  • Responsible for travel to job sites and working hours required by project team.

    Requirements

  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required

  • Prior experience using accounting software

  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping
