Adecco US, Inc. Cooks in Hardin, Kentucky

Adecco is currently assisting in search to fill a Cook position at Kenlake State Resort Park in Hardin, KY. This is a seasonal opportunity. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing items to order from a menu.

Responsibilities for this cook job include:

· Prepares food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner

· Determines food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production.

· Prepares all special dietary need as directed by the menus.

· Monitors all food items to see that at least the minimum guidelines for temperature.

· Ensures the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods.

· Tastes and prepares food to determine quality.

· Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.

· Assists with orientation and training of new kitchen employees.

· Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.

· Attends all in-services as required.

· Follows all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.

· Assists with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.

· Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

· Successful completion of recognized food safety course preferred.

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
