Job Description

Key Responsibilities

People Experience Lead

  • Drive the quality of our employee experience for Singapore AMEA HQ through operational excellence and cultural interventions. Lead Country Squad and participate in BU Squad towards continuous improvements, issues escalations/ resolutions, SLA investigations and compliances.

  • Coach and guide People Managers and Employees to use and benefit from self-service. Educate and build capability of Senior Stakeholder including AMEA LT and SEA LT members on People processes, self-service, workday adoption.

  • Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency to enable high quality experience and delivery of key metrics (self-service/MTM etc.).

  • Provide local market intelligence, legal/ regulatory framework updates, and business requirements regarding Singapore HR policies and processes. Partner with relevant workstreams and policy owners on design, refresh and introduction of relevant policies/ benefits.

  • Partner Global Mobility and WLE team on HR requirements related to foreign workers including work pass management and hire to retire compliances.

  • Invest in building business understanding and capability for People Experience and Service Delivery team and work closely to help with prioritization based on country needs.

GSCP HR Protocol Champion

  • Ensure compliance to GSCP HR protocols and provision within. Partner GSCP Governance lead and Corp Tax on protocol refresh, governance, audits, and capability.

  • Adhere to EDB headcount commitments as part of the GSCP structure. Proactively project headcount, identify risks and create mitigation plans working with key stakeholders and functional leaders. Ensure right roles placement in line with SG talent and tax considerations.

  • Ensure organizational structures and reporting line changes comply with the AMEA GSCP model and relevant documents are maintained as required in the protocol.

Enterprise & Strategic Projects

  • Play critical part in and lead HR aspects of regional strategic projects for AMEA including Mergers/ Acquisitions/ Divestitures.

  • Be first point of contact and act as voice of authority on people topics related to Singapore. Provide solutioning on people topics to project based or ad-hoc regional/ global requirements.

The Singapore based sites (includes global/region/BU workforce for AMEA) for People Experience deliverables – Approx. 250 colleagues. Partners with Regional People Lead, BU People Leads on Strategic Projects and GSCP compliance.

What we are looking for

  • Ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of diversified experience across our People Team operating model which includes people lead, people services, and COE verticals.

  • Is able to think on the ground and brings maturity to coach and work with senior stakeholders.

  • Has strong business acumen, problem solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity. Can balance service orientation with ability to stand own ground.

  • Has strong data analysis skills and has developed comfort with technology towards improving people processes and employee experience.
