In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Southeast Asia (SEA) Leadership Team and their respective functions to develop long-range strategic plans for Mondelēz International in SEA under the guidance of the SEA Strategy Director. This role is expected to regularly interact with Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Finance and Country Sales teams to identify internal and external opportunities that will drive growth in line with our strategic aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of SEA’s long-term Vision and Strategic Plan

  • Bring an ‘outside in’ perspective in analyzing macro trends, consumer behavior, competitor dynamics and market data to identify organic growth opportunities, as well as organizational capability gaps

  • Lead high-priority cross-functional SEA projects, providing strategic and analytical thought leadership to develop actionable recommendations

  • Support inorganic growth by identifying and assessing high potential M&A targets

  • Define and track relevant KPIs to deliver our Strategic Plan and key initiatives

  • Drive governance of SEA’s Strategic Plan by managing the SEA Leadership Team’s engagement platforms and agenda

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Top tier strategy consulting experience with FMCG exposure strongly preferred, 5-10 years of total work experience is ideal

  • Intellectual curiosity, a structured thought process, and strong analytical capability

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop storylines for presentations and the executive presence to present to senior leadership

  • Proficiency in business planning and financial modelling, with a deep understanding of business levers and financial reports

  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills are critical

  • An ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative approach in interacting with diverse, cross-functional team
