CACI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the EPS program at either Hanscom AFB, MA or Warner Robins, AFB, GA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Lead working sessions with Product Owners to review and determine requirements.

  • Maintain close relationships with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and other stakeholders such as Product End Users.

  • Oversee Agile and Scrum techniques including but not limited to User Stories, TDD (test-driven development), BDD (behavior-driven development), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery, Waterfalls, Automated Testing, Sprint Reviews and Retros.

  • Responsible for understanding the full scope of the Change Management process, ensuring the change schedule does not adversely affect the organization.

More About the Role:

  • May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and coaches Scrum Team members in self-management and cross-functionality to perform systems upgrades.

  • Create high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.

  • Influence the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress.

  • Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

  • Use techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.

  • Provide methods for the Scrum Team to understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.

  • Establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.

  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

  • Lead, train, and coach the organization in Scrum adoption by helping employees and stakeholders understand and instill an empirical approach for complex work.

  • Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.

  • Provide quality assurance and implement the approach for providing and ensuring quality throughout the solution to meet the requirements of the TO.

  • Track, collect, and analyze team performance metrics.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI.

  • 10 Years of Project Management Experience.

  • 3 Years of Scaled Agile Framework experience.

  • Master’s degree or 12 Years of Enterprise IT experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Project Management Professional Certification.

  • Agile Scrum Master Certification.

  • ITIL 4 Foundation.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
