ORDER ENTRY & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

Order Entry & Customer Service Representative is a F/T position responsible for corresponding with customers in a pleasant manner, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction. Representative will take orders over the phone or via e-mail, accurately enter the order into the system, advise trucks for pickup, communicate with warehouse personnel, produce Bill of Ladings, track shipments, etc. Job requires the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the company's dedicated software program.

Requirements and Conditions:

  • Prior experience working in order entry department and or sales is required
  • Computer experience is a must
  • Attention to detail and maximum concentration on tasks
  • Knowledge of administrative duties, and managing files and records
  • Ability to communicate with customers
  • Job requires being honest and ethical, reliable, calm, responsible, dependable, and ability to fulfilling obligations
  • Job requires cooperation, being pleasant with others on the job, and displaying a good-natured attitude
