Reference #: 5001006670800 UTZ Quality Foods is seeking a Maintenance System Administrator to join our team in Hanover, PA. Reporting to the Director, Manufacturing Process and Systems, this position will be responsible for the administration and effective usage of EAM - the company's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This position will provide support, guidance, and action to ensure utilization of maintenance data and driving improvement in the company's manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient management for manufacturing assets, positions, and systems for all facilities. Maintain accurate and efficient communication process for newly installed and withdrawn equipment. Manage asset tag inventory and provide guidance on new equipment asset numbering nomenclature. Work with maintenance leadership to ensure optimal EAM usage, user accessibility, and data accuracy. Develop and administer effective preventative maintenance (PM) programs at all production facilities. Create, manage, and update maintenance and operation PM tasks, schedules, and documents Maintain an accurate database of maintenance parts, implement strategies to optimize efficiency. Provide efficient management of active user and employee lists in EAM system. Utilize EAM data to analyze trends, identify areas of opportunity, and implement data-driven strategies. Provide system training to ensure users can effectively utilize the system's features. Responsible for EAM troubleshooting and corrective actions. Stay informed on EAM advancements and recommend upgrades/integrations to enhance functionality. Support various system projects and initiatives at all manufacturing facilities.
