As a school transportation driver for Voyage Transport, LLC, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe transportation of students to and from school. You play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our transportation services for students, families, and community members to designated locations. Your main focus is on prioritizing safety, punctuality, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment on every journey is essential to fulfilling our mission.

Driver Qualifications: (We will pay for these requirements) Drug and Alcohol Test Background and Fingerprint Check Defensive Driving Course

Additional Skills/Requirements: Valid driver's license Safe and reliable transportation Previous experience in passenger transportation is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in adapting to changing schedules or routes.

Route Structure: Drivers may be assigned up to six routes, split between three in the morning and three in the afternoon.

Consistency for Familiarity: To ensure the well-being of students, drivers will maintain the same route, fostering familiarity for both drivers and students.

*Compensation Structure: *Routes up to 16 miles will be compensated at a base rate of $36.00 per route.

*Distance-Based Compensation: *For routes beyond 16 miles, an additional $1.10 per mile per route will be added to the base rate.

*Payment Frequency: *Drivers will receive their compensation every week.

*Employment Status: *Drivers will be classified as 1099 employees.
