MAG Program Analyst in Hanover, Maryland

Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide support to the BMD Staff in planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs.

This is an opportunity to be involved in the newly formed PM Cyber & Space and be a part of the rapidly growing Cyber Development Product Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting with consolidating and managing spend plans

  • Tracking product office funding execution & contracting actions

  • Preparing/Reviewing request for funds documents

  • Advising Product Office staff on all BMD submissions

  • Tracking and consolidating budget impact statements to congressional RFIs

  • Managing BMD and programmatic taskers

  • Assisting with consolidation and submission of the annual POM and SPAR charts to Army G-8

  • Coordinate with Product Office to defend program during budget execution reviews

  • Assist with preparation of End of Month execution charts

  • Participate in meetings at the 05, 06, PEO levels

  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experienced coordinating with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects

  • Experience with annual POM submissions

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills; skilled with MS Excel and pivot tables

  • Skilled in MS Teams and able to project data during meetings

Clearance

  • Active TS with SCI eligibility.

Experience

  • 4 Years of relevant experience with government programs.

  • Experience with DoD Financial applications (such as LMP, GFEB-SA, and DAI) and preparing/reviewing funding documents

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree; degree in Accounting Finance or Economics or related

  • 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • TS/SCI

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to work within an office/lab environment

  • Ability to travel 20%
