Currently, ManTech is seeking motivated, career and customer-oriented DoD SkillBridge CNO Software Developers to join our team in Colorado, Maryland, or Texas.

SkillBridge Qualifications:

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR DOD SKILLBRIDGE JOB OPPORTUNITES YOU MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE U.S. MILITARY WITH 180 DAYS OF SERVICE OR FEWER REMAINING PRIOR TO YOUR DATE OF SEPARATION AND HAVE AT LEAST 180 CONTINUOUS DAYS OF ACTIVE SERVICE.

  • Separating from service within 180 days.

  • Receive Command Approval for SkillBridge participation.

  • Must be accepted into the Hiring our Heroes (HOH) cohort.

  • Interest and ability to obtain TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required and (six) 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to work independently or under generalized supervision with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Learning/Training Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and develop new bleeding edge software.

  • Work with the entire Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Add your expertise at any level to our team in areas including compilers, multi-threading, networking, memory management, and more.

  • Bring your knowledge in programming/coding with C, C++, and/or Python to solve hard problems and create and/or improve the best solutions.

  • Continue to learn and grow as technology moves.

  • Communicate status with team, leadership and customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in C, C++, Objective C, and/or Python

  • Troubleshooting / debugging experience.

  • Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.

  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Preferred Qualifications and/or willingness to learn:

  • CNO capability development experience.

  • Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

  • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.

  • Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).

  • Understand assembly programming concepts.

  • Unit Test experience.

  • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Interest and ability to obtain TS/SCI w/ polygraph clearance.
