Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Car Sales Administrator in Hanover, Maryland

Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a Car Sales Administrator based out of our administrative office in Rockville, MD. This position requires substantial data entry, high levels of efficiency and accuracy, and keen ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position also requires the ability to prioritize effectively and strong attention to detail. The ideal person will be well organized, self-motivated, possess great follow-up and customer service skills, and be able to work well with other in a team-oriented environment.

This position is located in Rockville, MD and has a schedule of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday.) Pay is $18.10 / hour.

Responsibilities

  • Work Group Account Schedule including documenting the schedule, researching items not cleared, and completing online reconciliation work
  • Complete journal and general ledger entries in order to ensure accuracy of financial statements, mainly associated with Group Account Schedule work
  • Collect funds from wholesalers and auto auctions
  • Process DMV paperwork
  • Coordinate assignment, delivery, and receipt of titles
  • Process payments received
  • Various accounting reports
  • Various Car Sales processing tasks, multiple general administrative functions, and special projects

Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a High School diploma or GED

    • Some college preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of administrative or accounting experience

  • Strong PC skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) required

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Must have satisfactory background check including employment reference, education and social security.
