In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes and translate needs into system requirements.

  • Design and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing business workflows.

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and user training.

  • Provide expertise in Salesforce best practices and governance, helping businesses to leverage the platform effectively.

  • Customize the Salesforce environment using standard configuration capabilities, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and Lightning components.

  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and leverage new tools and features to provide recommendations for process improvements.

  • Work collaboratively with team members on multiple projects, contributing to a positive work environment and culture.

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM platform with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant

  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users

  • Experience with integration between Salesforce and other systems or business applications

  • Significant experience in project management methodologies and tools

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional working proficiency in English
