Prepares cold food products for patients and cafeteria according to established standards. Organizes, stocks and initiates patient tray line at breakfast and lunch. Assist in covering diet office breaks, making and delivering late trays and snacks and other office tasks in coordination with diet technician and/or host. If time allows, start on the next days production list. Be prepared to carry out any additional tasks needed to maintain production and delivery of food to patients and cafeteria.
