工作职责

该职位主要负责执行所负责区域的推广策略,并对BI中国的长期业务发展提供支持。

-领导团队在所负责的辖区内完成医药产品推广计划和方案,并创造长期业务增长的机会;

-在所负责的辖区内与KOL建立并维护良好的关系;

-根据月度计划进行业务管理;

-指导并辅导医药代表,为所有代表提供在职培训,以确保团队的工作效率;

-在所负责的辖区内成功的传递关键推广信息并实施推广策略;

-根据竞争对手的市场活动做出新的推广策略;

-确保团队所有相关活动都遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律,包括但不限于ACP政策、公司行为标准、中华人民共和国相关法律法规和所有相关的行动守则。严守诚信,保持真实透明,在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。

任职条件

-教育/学历/专业要求:大专及以上学历,医药相关专业为佳;3-5年外企相关工作经验,3年以上管理经验者优先;

-语言能力:基本的英文听说读写能力;

-所需的能力(技能、经验、胜任能力):良好的人际交往能力;优秀的演讲技巧和沟通能力。
