Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual with account management experience to drive China-based existing sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global Mile. The seller consultant manager will partner with sellers, marketing team, product team and other sales teams to grow sellers’ businesses on Amazon Global Mile, including identifying opportunities to onboard new seller, driving units adoption, growing revenue, monitoring seller’s healthy growth, performance, as well as working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon. The seller consultant will own forecasting, monitoring, analysis and reporting on CN-based existing seller business.

Key job responsibilities

The successful seller consultant manager will:

  • Work with marketing team, seller education team to onboard qualified sellers to Amazon Global Mile

  • Work with existing sellers to drive the units adoption and grow revenue with Amazon Global Mile

  • Work with existing sellers to drive the seller performance, utilization ratio and feature adoption ratio.

  • Leverage Amazon Global Mile product portfolio to reactivate sleeping seller and drive seller commitment improve

  • Provide scalable online and offline training to help seller quickly ramp up on Amazon Global Mile and become an expert in using internal tools to achieve results

  • Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, invent and simplify, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession

-connect with sellers via e-mail, WeChat & phone calls through 1:many management model

-work with sellers, providing logistics expertise advice and guiding seller go through global mile cross-border transportation cycle

-work with seller, to solve their needs during working through global mile service

-work out solution (from available product portfolio ) to help seller reduce shipping cost, improving supply chain efficiency and earn their trust

-summarize seller portrait and scalable the pitching way for seller re-activation and business growth

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas

  • Experience in e-commerce

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
