Need 1 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operator to work in Hancock, MN. From: 02/01/2024 to 11/30/2024 Work: 45 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs/day, Sat. 5 hrs./day. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. ESST Law: Effective January 1st, 2024, Employers must provide each employee in Minnesota at least one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours in a year. Must Apply By: 07/02/2024 NOTE: Job Description: Assist with hauling crops from field to farm and to storage location. Operating a quad trac tractor for tillage, operating edible kidney bean equipment, forklift, and servicing center pivot irrigators, and grain cart. Complete general farm duties as assigned and complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Job Requirements: (3) months experience. Job requires a regular driver's license within 30 days of hire. No HS Diploma/GED required.
