Responsibilities & Duties: - Having full knowledge of ski/snowboard systems and procedures. - Overseeing that the daily operations of the Rental and Repair Shops are being performed professionally and efficiently according to the standards set by the Manager and Executive Officers. - Understanding all aspects of the Rental/ Repair Shop functioning\'s. - Having full knowledge of all resort information and services. - Monitoring and observing the department\'s performance by listening to feedback both internally and externally from your staff, guest or other departments. - Resolving Guest issues in a manner that serves the best interest of all parties involved. - Obtaining any necessary tools, supplies or other materials in order to facilitate the staff\'s completion of a task and have those materials available on a timely basis so as to not jeopardize efficiency. - Know when to properly maximize or minimize staff while at the same time maintaining Guest satisfaction. - Ensures that the completion dates of all preventative maintenance procedures and repairs of equipment are completed by their due dates. - Handling fire alarm activation, accident reports, stolen or lost equipment reports, Guest adjustments or any other emergency or incidents that may arise. - Overseeing the security of personnel, whether they are staff or guests, is strictly enforced. - Being responsible for keeping of the rental shop clean and organized. Qualifications: - 18 or over. - Guest and customer service oriented. - Punctual and prepared to perform work duties. - Professional and neat in appearance. - Safety conscious and oriented. - Available weekends and holidays.
