***Employment starts mid-May. Operations open for Memorial Day Weekend.*** Position Summary: Aerial Adventure Attendants will operate, oversee, and assist guests to safely navigate the aerial course. Positions start in mid-May and end in October. These are seasonal, hourly positions. Part-time and weekend positions are available from Memorial Day until mid-June, when full-time hours will be available. Responsibilities and Duties: - Attentive to patrons on the courses. - Facilitate proper harnessing of patrons. - Always include medical exclusions before patrons are harnessed up. - Confirm all patrons meet course requirements. - Punctual for all shifts. - Helpful and friendly interaction with guests and fellow staff members. - Ensure that proper inspections have been completed prior to opening any course. - Facilitate course maintenance and repair as directed by management / supervisor. Qualifications: - 18 or over. Safety conscious. Customer service oriented. - Available weekends and holidays. - Able to move to and from different workstations and able to move arms and hands. - Able to read and comprehend safety and operational guidelines and regulations. - Able to lift between 35 and 40 pounds. - Able to stand for extended periods of time, work outdoors and withstand variable weather conditions. - Punctual and prepared to perform work duties. - Able to work under minimum supervision. - Submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
