This role drives WS business performance in EMEA. What you'll do - Define and manage the operational BMS and orchestrate and track success across key operational functions for day-to-day activities as well as strategic initiatives. - Support Sales and Segment strategies by being the BU business focal point to the Geo’s - Enable and support EMEA HQ and 16 markets for success in meeting their workstation sales targets, facilitate and support programs like seed/demo units, meets comp etc. & and manage unique Geo requirements to support RFPs. - Track WS performance indicators, including market share, financial plans, and sales targets - Manage and track deal and growth fund budget to meet targets and financial objectives - Manage and orchestrate timely and competitive product launches and transitions to maximize revenue and margins – and minimize inefficiencies - Act as a change agent for business transformation initiatives that further optimize our end to end business execution and performance by analyzing and improving current business process, systems, reports, and tools Position Requirements:  Strong technical acumen and passion for learning about products & new technologies Strong virtual team and extensive cross-group coordination/collaboration and partnership skills Detail-oriented with proficient project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, senior management, and other functional groups Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives with tight deadlines. Superior communication skills – oral, written and presentation skills with management and peers.
