Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Availability to work nights or weekends as needed

Cleaning and mitigation

Commercial and residential cleaning and mitigation

Complete paperwork as required

Empty all supplies from the vehicle and put away in proper location

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Pack up all supplies that are needed/may be needed at the jobsite and load into the vehicle

Pack-out of contents

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Punch in and out accurately using QuickBooks Time

Take clear and concise inventory as needed

Utilize Dash

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices

Ability to work with others and independently

Clean and valid drivers license required

Excellent cleaning skills

High school diploma or GED required

Mitigation experience preferred

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service

Physical Requirements:

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or quantitative productivity standards.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Must be able to write clear and concise documentation of paperwork

Must be capable of frequent standing and walking
