You may know some these products as the paper backing of bandages, stickers, construction industry papers/films, and feminine hygiene product wrappers, just to name a few! Our Hammond, WI facility is the largest US manufacturing site and we\'re looking to add Warehouse Associate w/ Class A CDL to our team! What can we offer you? 4 weeks of dedicated training - we will teach you everything you need to know. Starting pay \$23.45/hour. Comprehensive benefit package starts the first day of the month following date of hire. Schedule We are actively hiring night shift 5:00pm-5:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule. What will you do? Transport materials between our two buildings. Load/unload trucks for delivery. Supply materials to our machines to manufacture our high-quality product for our customers. Operate warehouse equipment. You could be asked to lift up to 50lbs periodically, but more frequently you will be asked to lift or carry materials can weigh between 20-30lbs. We train and expect everyone to follow ergonomically correct posture when working to prevent injury. What should you have? A positive attitude, safety mindset, and willingness to work as part of a team. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but is not required. Our dedicated trainer will show you everything you need to know. Basic computer skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel for up to 12 hours. Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, cut resistant gloves, and hearing protection) A current Class A CDL license (Loparex will pay for license/class for the right candidate.) Possess problem-solving skills. High School Diploma/GED not required. Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment DOT drug test, medical evaluation and background checks.
