JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: SITE DIRECTOR - Hammond, WI The Site Director will lead the manufacturing plant organization to achieve high performance in safety, quality, productivity, workplace culture, and employee development. JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s degree, engineering strongly preferred 15 years manufacturing experience Experience planning and managing business financials (site P&L responsibility) A clear history of success in leading and managing people and processes in a manufacturing facility Demonstrated success with formal continuous improvement strategies and programs Knowledge of paper manufacturing, blown film extrusion, extrusion coating, silicone coating, printing and converting processes preferred PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Engaging the hearts and minds of all employees in achieving a zero-injury mindset. Reducing injuries and safety risks through leading indicator behaviors: engagement, training, robust programs, support, coaching, and accountability Establishing/maintaining a cohesive and effective plant leadership team. Providing strategic leadership and coaching to engage all colleagues in a shared vision for the operation and company. Establishing the plant as an \"employer of choice\" through the development of workplace culture and respectful development of every colleague. Overseeing the development, execution, and sustainability of continuous improvement programs which foster full employee engagement and drive improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. Support the global quality strategy and ensure on-going success with ISO9001 certification. Engaging in the Integrated Business Planning process to align plant asse ts and resources with the commercial demand plan. Maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction with respect to service and product quality. Engaging with global peers, through the functional Centers of Excellence (CoE), to raise professional standards and to share and adopt better practices. Maintaining, and executing against, a robust Implementation Pipeline of projects to support corporate strategy, reduce manufacturing costs, and drive EBITDA. Managing the plant capital expenditure plan, in collaboration with the corporate engineering group and the global engineering Center of Excellence. Managing full responsibility for the plant variance-based P&L. Leading quick, effective, respectful change to firmly align the plant with company strategies of margin enhancement and growth.
