JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Machine Operator Loparex is a leading, global manufacturer of silicone release liners, used in a wide variety of pressure sensitive adhesive applications is looking for seasoned Machine Operators for multiple shifts. Current Shifts Available Day Shift (5:00am-5:00pm) 2-2-3 Schedule 4 days a week (no weekends) Night Shift (5:00pm-5:00am) 2-2-3 Schedule 4 days a week (no weekends) (Please indicate which schedule(s) you are available to work when applying) Pay rate \$19.50-\$24.40 dependent on shift and machine assignment. Opportunities for promotions Responsibilities Operate the machine; this includes start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation. Observe and monitor machine for defects during operation. Identify and correct problems on machine. Notify appropriate personnel of any operational issues. Use computer to enter valid information and to print out roll labels. Perform routine quality testing on product. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the equipment. Follow company safety procedures. Must have regular consistent attendance. Qualifications Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity and customers. Requires the ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, take accurate measurements and use hand tools. Strong mechanical aptitude. Must have solid computer skills. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours.
